المستخلص: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى بيان مطلوبات الخطيب الماهر في أداء خطبة صلاة الجمعة، من خلال الوقوف على الأسس الشرعية والدعوية والبلاغية التي ينبغي أن تتوافر في الخطيب والخطبة معًا. وانطلقت الدراسة من مشكلة تتمثل في ظهور بعض الخطباء ممن يفتقرون إلى المؤهلات العلمية والمهارية اللازمة لأداء خطبة الجمعة بصورة مؤثرة ومنضبطة، رغم ما لهذه الخطبة من مكانة تعبدية ودعوية بوصفها من أهم وسائل التوجيه والإصلاح في المجتمع المسلم. اعتمدت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وذلك بتحليل مفهوم الخطابة وخطبة الجمعة، وبيان أهميتها، وشروطها، ووظائفها الدعوية، ومهارات إعدادها وتنفيذها. وقد تناولت الدراسة جملة من المطلوبات، من أبرزها: سلامة اللغة، صحة الاستدلال بالقرآن الكريم والسنة النبوية، مراعاة أحوال المخاطبين وفروقهم الفردية، اختيار الموضوعات المتصلة بواقع الناس، الالتزام بالوسطية في الزمن والأسلوب، وتجنب الإطالة المملة أو الاختصار المخل. كما أكدت الدراسة أهمية الإعداد العلمي والروحي للخطيب، وضرورة امتلاكه مهارات الإلقاء، والثقة بالنفس، والإخلاص، والأمانة العلمية، وموافقة القول للعمل. وخلصت الدراسة إلى أن نجاح خطبة الجمعة لا يتحقق بمجرد اعتلاء المنبر، بل يحتاج إلى فقه شرعي، وثقافة واسعة، وحسن إعداد، وقدرة على الإقناع والتأثير، بما يجعل الخطبة وسيلة فاعلة في ترسيخ القيم الإسلامية، وتقويم السلوك، وربط الناس بدينهم وواقعهم. وتوصي الدراسة بتأهيل الخطباء علميًا ومهاريًا، وتكثيف برامج التدريب على فنون الخطابة، وربط خطب الجمعة بقضايا المجتمع وحاجاته الدعوية والتربوية.

Abstract: This study aimed to identify the requirements of a skilled preacher in delivering the Friday prayer sermon by examining the legal, da‘wah-related, and rhetorical foundations that should be fulfilled by both the preacher and the sermon. The study addresses a problem represented in the emergence of some preachers who lack the necessary scholarly and practical qualifications for delivering the Friday sermon effectively and properly, despite the sermon’s devotional and da‘wah significance as one of the most important means of guidance and reform in Muslim society. The study adopted the descriptive analytical method by analyzing the concept of preaching and the Friday sermon, explaining its importance, conditions, da‘wah functions, and the skills required for its preparation and delivery. The study discussed several key requirements, most notably linguistic accuracy, sound citation from the Holy Qur’an and the Prophetic Sunnah, consideration of the audience’s conditions and individual differences, selection of topics relevant to people’s lived reality, moderation in length and style, and avoidance of excessive length or harmful brevity. It also emphasized the importance of the preacher’s scholarly and spiritual preparation, as well as the need to possess delivery skills, self-confidence, sincerity, academic integrity, and consistency between words and actions. The study concluded that the success of the Friday sermon is not achieved merely by ascending the pulpit; rather, it requires sound jurisprudential understanding, broad culture, careful preparation, and the ability to persuade and influence. This enables the sermon to become an effective means of consolidating Islamic values, correcting behavior, and connecting people with their religion and lived reality. The study recommends the scholarly and professional qualification of preachers, the intensification of training programs in the art of preaching, and the linking of Friday sermons to community issues and its da‘wah and educational needs.
