Guidelines

The HNSJ is a refereed electronic scientific journal, issued periodically every month under the management of an independent professional editorial board and an advisory board, in accordance with approved international standards such as (Scobus - EBSCO - Al-Manhal - Dar Al-Manzuma - World of Knowledge). The journal publishes original research in the humanities and natural sciences in Arabic, English and French . The materials published in the journal express only the opinions its authors.

Instructions for authors::

  1. The research should have a scientific value so that it presents a new addition in the world of knowledge.
  2. The research should be correct in terms of grammatical and spelling.
  3. The research should not be extracted from a previously published research or book.
  4. The number of research pages shall not exceed (25) pages, including figures, graphics, tables, images and references. If there are appendices, they are not included in the publication, but they are important, if any, for reviewing purposes.
  5. The journal tends to articles that contain references in foreign languages.

Search format::

  1. The number of research pages shall not exceed (25) pages, including Arabic and English abstracts, and references.
  2. The researcher’s information should be written in English, and contains: (the title of the research, the researcher’s name affiliation, and contact information).
  3. The research should contain Abstract not exceed (250) words, the abstract should be followed by (keywords) (indicating the exact specialization of the research) not exceed (5) words.
  4. Margins:  not more than 3 cm from the top, bottom, right and left.
  5. Line Spacing: single
  6. FontsTimes New Roman, font size 16 bold for the main title, 14 bold for sub-headings, 14 normal for the rest of the text and pagination, 12 normal for tables and illustrations, 14 normal for the abstract.
  7. Research Contents:
    1. Introduction: (Title, Research problem, Limitations, Objectives).
    2. Methodology.
    3. Results.
    4. Discussion.
    5. Conclusion and Recommendations
    6. References.
  8. Tables:
    1. Tables should be inserted in the text, numbered sequentially, and their names written on top.
    2. In the text: Table (1) (with one space between the table and its number).
    3. Caption: should be included in the table on the first row format as follows:

  • The source is written below the table font size 11.
    • Charts and illustrations are included in the text, and the graphics and figures are in black and white and are numbered sequentially.
    • In the text: (Fig. 1) (with one space between the figure and its number).
    • Caption: It should be directly under the figure like this:

  • The source should be written below the figure, font size 11.

Citation Method:

  1. The researcher can cite in the text or in the footnotes, provided that he adheres to one methodology in the research, but it is preferable that the citation be done in the APA method.
