المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مستوى الكفاءة التقنية لدى مديرات المؤسسات التربوية الخاصة وعلاقته بجودة الخدمات التعليمية داخل الخط الأخضر، وقد أستخدم المنهج الوصفي التحليلي والمنهج الارتباطي، وتم التطبيق على عينة عشوائية بسيطة قوامها (63) مديرة مدرسة، كما تم تطبيق مقياس الكفايات التقنية ومقياس جودة الخدمات التعليمية وقد أظهرت النتائج أنّ مستوى الكفاءة التقنية لدى مديرات المؤسسات التربوية الخاصة داخل الخط الأخضر كان متوسطا على جميع مجالات المقياس والمقياس ككل، وبينت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى الكفاءة التقنية تعزى لمتغير المؤهل العلمي ولصالح كل من حملة دكتوراه في مجالي الاهتمام بالمعلمين، ومتغير الخبرة ولصالح ذوي الخبرة الأقل، وأظهرت النتائج أيضا أن مستوى جودة الخدمات التعليمية كان مرتفعا باستثناء مجال سياسية المدرسة ومشاركة الطلبة، وأخيرا أظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة إيجابية دالة إحصائيًا مستوى الكفاءة التقنية لدى مديرات المؤسسات التربوية الخاصة داخل الخط الأخضر وجودة الخدمات التعليمية. في ضوء هذه النتائج فقد أوصت الدراسة بعدة توصيات من أهمها ضرورة توفير برامج تدريبية دورية لمديري المدارس، لتعزيز مهاراهم التكنولوجية ولمواكبة التطور المستمر في التكنولوجيا لضمان جودة الخدمات التعليمية.

Abstract: The study aimed to identify the level of technical competence among principals of private educational institutions and its relationship with the quality of educational services within the Green Line. The descriptive analytical method and the correlational method were used. The study was applied to a simple random sample of 63 school principals. The technical competencies scale and the educational services quality scale were applied. The results showed that the level of technical competence among the principals of private educational institutions within the Green Line was average on all fields of the scale and the scale as a whole. The results indicated statistically significant differences in the level of technical competence attributed to the variable of educational qualification, in favor of those holding a Ph.D. in the fields of teacher interest, and the variable of experience, in favor of those with less experience. The results also showed that the level of quality of educational services was high, except for the field of school policy and student participation. Finally, the results showed a statistically significant positive relationship between the level of technical competence among principals of private educational institutions within the Green Line and the quality of educational services. In light of these results, the study recommended several recommendations, the most important of which is the necessity of providing regular training programs for school principals to enhance their technological skills and keep up with continuous technological developments to ensure the quality of educational services.
