Publication Ethics

- Transparent Communication with the Journal: Authors must provide all required information to the journal and respond constructively to reviewers' comments.
Violation Procedures
- First Warning: A written warning will be issued to the author regarding the violation.
- Rejection of Manuscript: The manuscript will be rejected in cases of significant violations.
- Temporary Suspension: Future submissions from the author may be suspended for a specified period.
- Reporting to Relevant Authorities: In cases of severe violations, academic institutions or relevant authorities will be notified.
Statement on the Use of Generative AI
The Humanities and Natural Sciences Journal recognizes the potential benefits and challenges of using generative artificial intelligence (GenAI) tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney) in the research and publishing process. Authors are required to disclose any use of GenAI in the preparation of their manuscripts, including data analysis, text generation, image creation, or any other contribution.
- Generative AI tools cannot be listed as authors.
- Authors bear full responsibility for the integrity, originality, and ethical compliance of the submitted work, including any content generated by AI.
- The journal reserves the right to request additional information or clarification regarding the use of GenAI.
