المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن أثر الكفايات الرقمية للمعلمين في فاعلية استخدام منصة سراج في تدريس الدراسات الاجتماعية لدى معلمي الدراسات الاجتماعية في محافظة عجلون. ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة، اتبع الباحثان المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي لملاءمته لطبيعة الدراسة وأهدافها. وتكوّنت عينة الدراسة من (128) معلمًا ومعلمة من معلمي الدراسات الاجتماعية في المدارس التابعة لمديرية التربية والتعليم لمحافظة عجلون، تم اختيارهم بالطريقة المتاحة. ولجمع البيانات، استخدم الباحثان الاستبانة أداةً للدراسة، وتكونت في صورتها النهائية من (23) فقرة، توزعت على متغيري الدراسة، حيث اشتمل المتغير المستقل على أبعاد: المعرفة الرقمية، والتفاعل الرقمي، والجاهزية الرقمية، بينما قاست فقرات المتغير التابع فاعلية استخدام منصة سراج في تدريس الدراسات الاجتماعية. وأظهرت النتائج أن مستوى الكفايات الرقمية جاء مرتفعًا بمتوسط حسابي بلغ (3.97)، في حين جاءت فاعلية استخدام منصة سراج متوسطة بمتوسط حسابي بلغ (3.55). كما أظهرت النتائج وجود أثر ذي دلالة إحصائية للكفايات الرقمية في فاعلية استخدام منصة سراج، إذ فسرت الكفايات الرقمية ما نسبته (59.9%) من التباين في فاعلية استخدام المنصة. كما لم تظهر فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في المتغيرين تبعًا للجنس وسنوات الخبرة، في حين ظهرت فروق تبعًا للمؤهل العلمي لصالح حملة الدراسات العليا. وأوصى الباحثان بتطوير آليات الاستخدام الفعلي لمنصة سراج وربطها بمؤشرات الكفاية الرقمية التطبيقية لدى المعلمين.

Abstract: The study aimed to investigate the effect of teachers’ digital competencies on the effectiveness of using the Siraj platform in teaching social studies among social studies teachers in Ajloun Governorate. To achieve this objective, the researchers adopted the descriptive-correlational approach due to its suitability for the nature and objectives of the study. The study sample consisted of 128 male and female social studies teachers in schools affiliated with the Directorate of Education in Ajloun Governorate, selected using the convenience sampling method. Data were collected using a questionnaire, which consisted, in its final form, of 23 items covering the two study variables. The independent variable included three dimensions: digital knowledge, digital interaction, and digital readiness, while the dependent variable measured the effectiveness of using the Siraj platform in teaching social studies. The results showed that the level of digital competencies was high, with a mean of 3.97, whereas the effectiveness of using the Siraj platform was moderate, with a mean of 3.55. The results also revealed a statistically significant effect of teachers’ digital competencies on the effectiveness of using the Siraj platform, with digital competencies explaining 59.9% of the variance in the effectiveness of platform use. No statistically significant differences were found according to gender or years of teaching experience, while statistically significant differences were found according to academic qualification in favor of teachers holding postgraduate degrees. The researchers recommended developing mechanisms for the effective use of the Siraj platform and linking its use to indicators of teachers’ applied digital competencies.
