المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن مستوى الكفاءة الذاتية المدركة لدى المرشدين التربويين العاملين في المدارس الإعدادية والثانوية التابعة للمديريات العامة للتربية في محافظات واسط وميسان وذي قار للعام الدراسي 2023–2024. اعتمدت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي لملاءمته لطبيعة الهدف البحثي، وتكوّنت عينة الدراسة من (150) مرشداً ومرشدة اختيروا بالطريقة العشوائية الطبقية، بواقع (75) مرشداً و(75) مرشدة. ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة، تبنت الباحثة مقياس الكفاءة الذاتية المدركة المعدّ من قبل خيال حليمة (2020)، والمكوّن من (50) فقرة وفق بدائل رباعية، وقد تم التحقق من صدقه الظاهري والمنطقي، كما بلغ معامل ثباته بطريقة الاختبار وإعادة الاختبار (0.80)، وهو معامل ثبات مقبول. عولجت البيانات إحصائياً باستخدام معامل ارتباط بيرسون والاختبار التائي لعينة واحدة. أظهرت النتائج أن أفراد العينة يتمتعون بمستوى دال إحصائياً من الكفاءة الذاتية المدركة، إذ بلغ المتوسط الحسابي (118.85) بانحراف معياري قدره (12.44)، وكانت القيمة التائية المحسوبة (20.63)، وهي أعلى من القيمة الجدولية البالغة (1.96) عند مستوى دلالة (0.05). وتشير هذه النتيجة إلى امتلاك المرشدين التربويين قدراً مناسباً من الثقة بقدراتهم المهنية والإرشادية، وقدرتهم على إدارة المواقف المدرسية والتعامل مع المشكلات التربوية والنفسية والاجتماعية داخل البيئة التعليمية. وفي ضوء النتائج، أوصت الدراسة بضرورة إعطاء الأولوية للمتخصصين في الإرشاد التربوي عند التعيين، وتحفيز المرشدين المتميزين مادياً ومعنوياً، وربط الترقي الوظيفي بالكفاءة في الأداء، فضلاً عن تعزيز البرامج التدريبية وورش العمل الهادفة إلى تنمية المهارات الإرشادية والمهنية لدى المرشدين التربويين.

Abstract: The study aimed to identify the level of perceived self-efficacy among educational counselors working in preparatory and secondary schools affiliated with the General Directorates of Education in Wasit, Maysan, and Dhi Qar Governorates during the academic year 2023–2024. The study adopted the descriptive approach due to its suitability for the research objective. The sample consisted of 150 male and female educational counselors selected through stratified random sampling, including 75 male counselors and 75 female counselors. To achieve the objective of the study, the researcher adopted the Perceived Self-Efficacy Scale developed by Khayal Halima (2020), which consists of 50 items with four response alternatives. The validity of the scale was verified through logical and face validity, while its reliability was confirmed using the test-retest method, yielding a reliability coefficient of..80, which is considered acceptable. The data were statistically analyzed using Pearson’s correlation coefficient and the one-sample t-test. The results showed that the participants had a statistically significant level of perceived self-efficacy. The arithmetic mean was 118.85 with a standard deviation of 12.44, and the calculated t-value was 20.63, which exceeded the tabulated value of 1.96 at the..05 level of significance. This result indicates that educational counselors possess an appropriate degree of confidence in their professional and counseling abilities, as well as the ability to manage school situations and deal with educational, psychological, and social problems within the educational environment. In light of these findings, the study recommended giving priority to specialists in educational counseling when appointing school counselors, providing material and moral incentives for distinguished counselors, linking promotion to performance-based self-efficacy, and strengthening training programs and workshops aimed at developing the counseling and professional skills of educational counselors.
