المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة الي معرفة الدور الوسيط للقيادة الادارية في العلاقة بين ادارة السلوك التنظيمي وجودة مخرجات التعليم في بيئة الاستخدام غير المقنن للإنترنت لدى طلاب الاساس و الثانوي – بالتطبيق على المدرسة الاساسية والثانوية- بلدية مرادة, وتمثلت مشكلة الدراسة في السؤال الرئيسي: ما الدور الوسيط للقيادة الادارية في العلاقة بين ادارة السلوك التنظيمي وجودة مخرجات التعليم في بيئة الاستخدام غير المقنن للإنترنت لدى طلاب الاساس والثانوي ؟ تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي والتاريخي ودراسة الحالة عن طريق الاستبانة والتحليل الاحصائي, وتوصلت الدراسة الي عدد من النتائج اهمها: 1/ تأكد ادارة المدارس على ان استخدام الطلاب للإنترنت في اليوم الدراسي يقلل من نتائجهم الاكاديمية 2/ لدى الطلاب دافعية عالية في استخدام الانترنت ولا تستطيع الادارة بالمتابعة والتقويم محاصرتها في المدارس 3/ لا تستطيع ادارة المدارس الحد من استخدام الطلاب للإنترنت على الرغم من قناعتها بأنه مضر بتعليمهم. وقدمت الدراسة مجموعة من التوصيات ومنها : 1/ يجب ان يقابل الانضباط المهني والاداري في المدارس بالتزام قوي من أولياء الامور وذلك بتشجيع الطلاب على عدم ادمان الانترنت على حساب المذاكرة 2/ يتم توعية الطلاب بالتأثير السلبي لإدمان الانترنت على جودة تعليمهم وخاصة الممتحنين الشهادة الاساسية والثانوية 3/ زيادة عمل الاساتذة والادارة بدافعية عالية في متابعة الطلاب وتقويمهم في استخدام الانترنت.

Abstract: The study aimed to identify the mediating role of administrative leadership in the relationship between organizational behavior management and the quality of educational outcomes in an environment of unregulated internet use among basic and secondary school students, as applied to basic and secondary schools in Murada Municipality. The research problem was represented in the main question: What is the mediating role of administrative leadership in the relationship between organizational behavior management and the quality of educational outcomes in an environment of unregulated internet use among basic and secondary school students? The study employed the descriptive method, the historical method, and the case study approach through a questionnaire and statistical analysis. The study reached several findings, the most important of which are that school administrations confirm that students’ use of the internet during the school day reduces their academic achievement; students have a high motivation to use the internet, while school administrations are unable, through follow-up and evaluation, to control such use within schools; and school administrations are unable to limit students’ internet use despite their conviction that it is harmful to their education. The study presented a set of recommendations, including that professional and administrative discipline in schools should be matched by strong commitment from parents by encouraging students not to become addicted to the internet at the expense of studying; students should be made aware of the negative impact of internet addiction on the quality of their education, especially those sitting for basic and secondary school certificate examinations; and teachers and school administrations should intensify their efforts, with high motivation, in monitoring and evaluating students’ use of the internet.
