المستخلص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى بيان مظاهر صيانة الكرامة الإنسانية في السيرة النبوية، وتحليل أثرها في تحقيق الاستقرار الاجتماعي، انطلاقاً من أن الكرامة الإنسانية تمثل أصلاً شرعياً تتفرع عنه جملة من الحقوق والضمانات المتعلقة بحفظ النفس والعِرض والمال والعقل، وتحريم الظلم والإهانة والاعتداء. وتنبع مشكلة البحث من الحاجة إلى الكشف عن الصلة بين التطبيقات النبوية لصيانة كرامة الإنسان وبين ما يترتب عليها من أمن اجتماعي، وسلم، وتماسك، وتعايش، واستقرار. واعتمدت الدراسة المنهج الاستقرائي في جمع النصوص والوقائع ذات الصلة من القرآن الكريم والسنة النبوية ومصادر السيرة، والمنهج الوصفي والتحليلي في تصنيفها ودراسة دلالاتها وآثارها الاجتماعية. وقد تناولت الدراسة التأصيل الشرعي والمفاهيمي للكرامة الإنسانية، ثم أبرز مظاهر صيانتها في تعامل النبي ﷺ مع الضعفاء والفقراء والخدم، والمرأة والطفل وكبار السن، وغير المسلمين، والأسرى وغير المقاتلين، ثم حللت أثر هذه الممارسات في تعزيز الأمن والطمأنينة، والحد من العنف والعداوة، وترسيخ التعايش والثقة والتكافل والعدالة الاجتماعية. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن صيانة الكرامة في السيرة النبوية لم تكن توجيهاً أخلاقياً مجرداً، بل كانت منهجاً عملياً أسهم في بناء مجتمع يقوم على حفظ الحقوق، وضبط القوة، ورعاية الضعفاء، وتحقيق العدل والتكافل، وأن هذه العناصر تمثل ركائز أساسية في تحقيق الاستقرار الاجتماعي واستدامته.

Abstract: This study examines the preservation of human dignity in the Prophetic Biography (Sīrah( and analyzes its impact on achieving social stability. It proceeds from the premise that human dignity constitutes a fundamental principle in Islam from which numerous rights and protections are derived, including the preservation of life, honor, property, intellect, and the prohibition of injustice, humiliation, and aggression. The research problem centers on identifying the relationship between the Prophet’s practical approach to safeguarding human dignity and the resulting social outcomes, particularly security, peace, cohesion, coexistence, and stability. The study employs an inductive approach to collect relevant Qur’anic texts, Prophetic traditions, and historical incidents from authoritative sources of the Sīrah, alongside descriptive and analytical methods to classify and interpret their social implications. The study first establishes the conceptual and Sharīʿah foundations of human dignity, then examines its practical manifestations in the Prophet’s treatment of the poor, the vulnerable, servants, women, children, the elderly, non-Muslims, prisoners of war, and non-combatants. It further analyzes how these practices contributed to security, social peace, mutual trust, solidarity, justice, and peaceful coexistence. The study concludes that preserving human dignity in the Prophetic Sīrah was not merely an ethical ideal, but a comprehensive practical approach that protected rights, restrained the abuse of power, supported vulnerable groups, and promoted justice and social solidarity. These principles collectively contributed to the establishment and sustainability of social stability.
