| لقد كان الإمام جلال الدين السيوطي في دراسته للغة في مستواها الصوتي أستاذاً مالكاً لناصية اللغة وشيخاً عالماً بأسرارها، ومعلماً هادياً إلى الكثير من حقائقها. وهذا البحث هو محاولة للاقتراب من أهم القضايا الصوتية التي تناولها السيوطي، فهو درس الحروف العربية وحدد مخارجها وبين صفاتها وملامحها، لدرجة أن الباحث ليصاب بالدهشة بتلك النتائج الباهرة التي وصل إليها دون أن تتوفر لديه وسائل الدرس المعاصر في علم الأصوات. ونلاحظ أنه بنيت على ملاحظاته هو ومن عاصره المباحث الحديثة في مخارج الأصوات وصفاتها وعلاقة الأصوات بالمعاني مع مقارنة ما توصل إليه الدراسات الصوتية الحديثة. |

| Abstract |
| Scholar Jalaluddin ElSioutti has been a professor in studying the language and a professor who grabbed it and a jurist who knows its secrets and a leader who leads to most of its facts. This Research is an attempt to approach the most important acoustic issues, which Elsioutti discussed, because he studied the Arabic letters, their exits and their qualities and features, which make the researcher astonished with the dazzling results, which he achieved without possessing the modern means in acoustics. We noticed that he and his contemporaries based their notes about acoustics exits and their qualities and the relation between acoustics and meaning compared with what modern acoustic studies has reached. |
