تناولت في هذا المقال المسائل النحوية وأثرها في فقه الحديث؛ فالنحو شرط أساس لكل باحث في العلوم الشرعية، وهو من أدوات الفهم الصحيح السليم للنصوص الحديثية، يلجأ المجتهدون إلى قواعده يستعينون بها على بيان أحكامه ﷺ، ويجعلونها أحيانا حكما بين الآراء. وقد وقفت فيه على دلالة المصطلحات، وبينت أهمية علم النحو في العلوم الشرعية وخاصة في علمي الحديث والفقه، مع بيان موضوع فقه الحديث وأهميته، ثم انتقلت إلى النماذج التطبيقية، وقسمت ذلك حسب المتعلق منها بالأسماء والأفعال والحروف، واخترت في كل قسم نموذجين للدراسة والتحليل من شرح جليل ومفيد للإمام شمس الدين بن مرزوق التلمساني (ت 781ه) المسمى: “تيسير المرام في شرح عمدة الأحكام”، ثم ختمت بأهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها.

The Grammatical Issues and their impact in jurisprudence of Hadith

In this article, I deal with the Grammatical Issues and their impact in Jurisprudence of Hadith ; and what should we know that the syntax is a basic requirement in the sharia sciences, and it is one of the instruments of proper and correct understanding of Hadith scripts, that the scholars resort to the syntax’s rules to describe the provisions of the prophet (peace be upon him), and they make it sometimes a judgment between the opinions. I’m also defining the meaning of the terms, and demonstrated the importance of syntax in the sharia sciences especially in the Hadith science and Fiqh science, all that with clarifying the topic of fiqh al-hadith and it’s importance. Then I moved to the practical examples, and I divided that practical examples to sections between these sections we figure out : Names, Verbs and letters, and I choose in each section two models for study and analysis from a great and useful explanation of Imam Shams al-Din Ibn Marzouk Talmsani (781 AH) entitled : “Tayseer Al Maram fi Charh oumdat El Ahkam”. Finally, I concluded with the most important results that I found it.
