La salinit\u00e9 de l&#8217;eau \u00e9tait lorsque devient plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e, la culture de spiruline \u00e9tait r\u00e9ussie et facile.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">L\u2019analyse de la composition biochimique de l\u2019algue nous \u00e0 montrer que notre souche (Arthospira platensis) pr\u00e9sente un taux de prot\u00e9ine brute \u00e9gale \u00e0 43.78% et un taux de glucide de 17.1%.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Vu l\u2019importance de sa composition \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique, il est le temps de pens\u00e9 a d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 cette fili\u00e8re des activit\u00e9s et de culture en Laghouat.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Mots Cl\u00e9s: <\/strong>Spiruline, culture in-vitro, physico-chimiques, Biomasse, qualit\u00e9 biochimique, Laghouat<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Research Article <\/strong><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>In vitro production and physical and chemical characterization of \u201cSpirulina (Arthrospira Platensis) in the State of Laghouat<\/strong><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Abstract <\/strong><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">The work presents a contribution to study the possibility of producing in-vitro a species of micro-algae and the elaboration of a technical sheet concerning the determining factors of the experimental conditions and the energetic degree of the seaweed.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">The results obtained did not make it possible to determine the limits of the optimum (preferendum) where the average temperature was 34 \u00b0 C and the average pH equal to 10. The salinity of the water was when becomes higher, the spirulina culture was successful and easy.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">The analysis of the biochemical composition of the alga shows us that our strain (Arthospira platensis) has a crude protein level equal to 43.78% and a content of 17.1%.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Given the importance of its energy composition, it is time to think developed this sector of activities and culture in Laghouat.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Key Words: <\/strong>Spirulina, In-vitro culture, Physicochemical, Biomass, Biochemical quality, Laghouat.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong> Introduction<\/strong><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">La production alimentaire a soulev\u00e9 de nombreux probl\u00e8mes, en particulier ces derniers temps, qui ont suscit\u00e9 une grande controverse caus\u00e9e par une p\u00e9nurie de production alimentaire, l&#8217;incapacit\u00e9 de r\u00e9pondre aux besoins des consommateurs et le manque de nourriture pour eux, entra\u00eenant la faim, la malnutrition et la propagation des maladies et des \u00e9pid\u00e9mies dans de nombreux pays du monde.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pour r\u00e9duire ces probl\u00e8mes, il existe d&#8217;autres solutions. Pour \u00e9viter ces probl\u00e8mes, il faut pr\u00eater attention aux sources non traditionnelles, c&#8217;est-\u00e0-dire celles qui n&#8217;ont pas \u00e9t\u00e9 exploit\u00e9es ou qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 mal exploit\u00e9es jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent. Parmi les ressources recommand\u00e9es, les plus rentables et les plus utiles, figure la culture de micro algues, comme la spiruline. Ce sont les cyanobact\u00e9ries qui ont longtemps attir\u00e9 l&#8217;attention de nombreux chercheurs en tant que sources de prot\u00e9ines et d&#8217;autres substances <strong>(Kihlberg, 1972 dans Rao, 1981).<\/strong><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Notre travail cherche \u00e0 r\u00e9pondre aux questions suivantes :<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">La possibilit\u00e9 et comment mettre en \u0153uvre la production de spiruline \u00e0 travers l&#8217;installation en laboratoire d&#8217;une ferme aquacole avec la d\u00e9termination des facteurs physiques et chimiques et du milieu de culture appropri\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tester la valeur \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique de cette spiruline produite dans des conditions de laboratoire universitaire.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pour cette raison, la probl\u00e9matique de recherche s\u2019articulait autour de deux parties :<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Le premier partie : <\/strong>Mat\u00e9riels et M\u00e9thodes<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Le deuxi\u00e8me partie\u00a0: <\/strong>R\u00e9sultats et Discussions<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>le premier partie : Mat\u00e9riels et M\u00e9thodes <\/strong><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>.1Choix et int\u00e9r\u00eat du microorganisme <\/strong><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">La spiruline est un microorganisme exceptionnel, ayant de multiples utilit\u00e9s agroalimentaire, pharmaceutique, \u00e9cologique et biotechnologique.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>.2Le but <\/strong><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">L\u2019objectif de ce projet est de produire ce type d\u2019algue appel\u00e9 spiruline et de l\u2019utiliser comme composant de base dans les cosm\u00e9tiques en raison de ses composants essentiels : prot\u00e9ines \u00e0 70%, antibiotiques et antioxydants et compl\u00e9ment alimentaire pour les sportive<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>.3 Station d\u2019\u00e9tude<\/strong><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Toutes les exp\u00e9rimentations \u00e0 savoir : installation de l\u2019incubateur, pr\u00e9paration du milieu de culture, mise en culture et test biochimique, sont tous r\u00e9alis\u00e9 au niveau du laboratoire de biologie de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 Amar Cette valeur \u00e9tait excellente et tr\u00e8s importante pour le besoin du l\u2019homme et m\u00eame aussi pour l\u2019animal.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Conclusion<\/strong><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Les r\u00e9sultats obtenus ne a permis de conclure :<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; que la qualit\u00e9 de l\u2019eau, la temp\u00e9rature et le pH sont consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme des facteurs essentiale pour le conditionnement in-vitro de la production de la spiruline car l\u2019eau de forage est l&#8217;une des facteurs les plus importants qui contr\u00f4lent le succ\u00e8s du milieu en raison de son impact direct sur la production.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; On peut dire aussi que plus la salinit\u00e9 de l&#8217;eau \u00e9tait \u00e9lev\u00e9e, plus l&#8217;application de la culture de spiruline \u00e9tait r\u00e9ussie et facile.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; Le r\u00f4le fondamental de la temp\u00e9rature et Le pH dans le d\u00e9veloppement et la prolif\u00e9ration de la spiruline.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; Nous avons pu d\u00e9terminer les limites de l\u2019optimum (pr\u00e9f\u00e9rendum) o\u00f9 la temp\u00e9rature et le pH sont responsables sur l\u2019une des processus de prolif\u00e9ration et la vitesse de croissance. Donc notre spiruline s\u2019accroitre mieux dans des temp\u00e9ratures moyennes de 34\u00b0C et un pH moyen de 10.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; L\u2019analyse de la composition biochimique de l\u2019algue nous \u00e0 montrer que notre souche (Arthospira plantais) pr\u00e9sente un taux de prot\u00e9ine brute \u00e9gale \u00e043.78% ; ce dernier consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme un rendement faible en comparaison avec d\u2019autre souches et m\u00e9thodes de production.
