learning skills among third-culture children, who live in cultural and linguistic environments different from those of their parents, making them more vulnerable to losing their mother tongue or weakening their connection to it. The study adopted the descriptive-analytical approach by presenting the concept of third-culture children, the characteristics of e-learning, and its major applications in developing the four language skills: listening, speaking, reading, and writing. The study showed that e-learning provides a flexible and interactive learning environment based on multimedia, virtual classrooms, educational games, digital stories, and smart applications, which contribute to increasing learners\u2019 motivation, developing self-learning, and considering individual differences among learners. The study also indicated that employing modern technologies, particularly educational platforms and artificial intelligence, helps provide customized educational content that suits learners\u2019 levels and cultural backgrounds. However, the study revealed several challenges that may limit the effectiveness of e-learning, most notably weak technical infrastructure, lack of face-to-face interaction, variation in the quality of digital content, and the need for continuous training for teachers and families.
