\u0627\u0644\u062b\u0642\u0627\u0641\u064a.<\/p><p style='text-align:justify; direction:ltr;'><strong>Abstract: <\/strong> This study aimed to explore the reality of employing blended learning in teaching Hebrew in Arab secondary schools inside the Green Line from the perspective of Hebrew language teachers. It sought to identify teachers\u2019 perceptions of this instructional model, the ways in which it is used in classroom practice, and the challenges that limit its effectiveness. The study adopted a qualitative descriptive-interpretive approach, and data were collected through semi-structured interviews with ten male and female Hebrew language teachers who were purposively selected because of their actual experience in using blended learning. The findings revealed that blended learning is present in Hebrew language teaching; however, its use remains limited and largely instrumental in many cases. Digital tools are often used to present content, organize assignments, and conduct electronic assessments, rather than to deeply reconstruct language-learning activities. Conversely, the study revealed more advanced practices among some teachers, particularly in writing activities, oral expression, audio recordings, and digital feedback, which contributed to strengthening students\u2019 confidence and providing broader opportunities for interaction and repeated practice. The findings also showed that weak infrastructure, lack of devices, slow internet connectivity, insufficient professional training, time pressure, the digital divide among students, and the limited cultural and linguistic relevance of some official digital materials are among the main obstacles that restrict the effective implementation of blended learning. The study concluded that blended learning has genuine educational potential in teaching Hebrew to Arab students.
