the role of talent management in private organizations as one of the modern approaches to human resource management and as a key pillar for achieving institutional excellence and competitive sustainability. The study is based on a central research problem: To what extent does the strategy of managing and organizing talent in private organizations constitute a foundation for the success of these organizations and the continuity of their development? The study addresses this issue by clarifying the concept and importance of talent management in light of rapid economic and technological transformations, then examining its strategic dimensions, represented in attracting, selecting, developing, and retaining talent, as well as highlighting the systems and strategies adopted by successful organizations in managing their talented human resources. The study concludes that talent management is no longer a subsidiary function within human resource management; rather, it has become a strategic option that enables organizations to possess human capital capable of innovation, adaptation to change, and efficient and effective achievement of organizational goals. It also shows that the success of private organizations in the contemporary business environment is linked to their ability to build an attractive work environment, provide continuous training and development programs, adopt fair motivation and reward policies, and create clear career paths that ensure the retention of distinguished competencies.
