practice entrepreneurial leadership from teachers\u2019 perspectives, by examining its main dimensions: creativity, proactiveness, risk-taking, and strategic vision. The study adopted the descriptive correlational approach, and a questionnaire prepared for this purpose was administered to a sample of male and female teachers in public schools in Riyadh. The findings revealed that the overall degree of entrepreneurial leadership practice among school principals was high. Strategic vision ranked first, followed by proactiveness, creativity, and finally risk-taking, with all dimensions scoring at a high level. The results also indicated a positive orientation toward adopting modern leadership practices within the school environment, which enhances development, anticipates challenges, and improves institutional performance.
