Abstract<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
This study aimed to showing the degree of practicing host leadership among secondary school Principals in the southern governorates of Palestine and its impact on achieve strategic success, The study followed the Descriptive analytical  approach and the questionnaire was the main data collection tool and it was applied to the study population which consists of secondary school teachers in the southern governorates of Palestine.  The sample included (356) secondary school teachers, representing (7.38%) of the size of the study population. have been selected randomly with stratified sample way, and the study found that <\/strong>:The study sample’s estimation of the degree to which secondary school principals in the southern governorates of Palestine practice host leadership obtained a relative weight (68.4 %), which was high .The estimation of study sample for the level of strategic success in secondary schools in the southern governorates of Palestine from the teachers’ point of view, got a relative weight of (69.63%) which was high. There is a statistically significant relationship between host leadership and achieving strategic success in secondary schools in the southern governorates of Palestine, where the correlation coefficient reached (0.916).There is a statistically significant impact of the following dimensions of host leadership (heroism, server, host) on achieving strategic success in secondary schools in the southern governorates of Palestine, it explained these dimensions (84.0%) of the total variance in strategic success. The study recommended to: <\/strong>Enhancing host leadership, raising its level among secondary school principals, and directing them towards sharing development by encouraging the spirit of creativity providing them with the appropriate climate, and the need to pay more attention to skills of strategic thinking as it is the fundamental basis for strategic success.  <\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
