Abstract<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
     The symbol has occupied an important place in world literature, especially in the novel. Because it has a pivotal activity within the text that contributes to the creation of immediate connotations, aiming to enrich the text for the careful reader, and this is evident in the literature of the Czech writer Franz Kafka, especially in his novel The Trial, whose events revolved around Joseph K. He is arrested one morning and is not informed of the accusations directed against him, and he is not imprisoned and presented to the courts. Rather, he himself is trying to confront those who accuse him, except that he is unable to do so, and in the end his executioners come to take him, and he goes along with them obediently, and stabs in killing and dying (like a dog) as its writer says , This study attempted to answer several questions, the most important of which are: How did the symbol manifest itself in Kafka’s literature, especially in the trial narration?  <\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
