and what should we know that the syntax is a basic requirement in the sharia sciences, and it is one of the instruments of proper and correct understanding of Hadith scripts, that the scholars resort to the syntax\u2019s rules to describe the provisions of the prophet (peace be upon him), and they make it sometimes a judgment between the opinions. I\u2019m also defining the meaning of the terms, and demonstrated the importance of syntax in the sharia sciences especially in the Hadith science and Fiqh science, all that with clarifying the topic of fiqh al-hadith and it\u2019s importance. Then I moved to the practical examples, and I divided that practical examples to sections between these sections we figure out&nbsp;: Names, Verbs and letters, and I choose in each section two models for study and analysis from a great and useful explanation of Imam Shams al-Din Ibn Marzouk Talmsani (781 AH) entitled&nbsp;: &#8220;Tayseer Al Maram fi Charh oumdat El Ahkam&#8221;.
