direction:ltr;'><strong>Abstract: <\/strong> This study aimed to examine the degree to which Arabic language teachers employ e-learning skills among secondary school students in the Palestinian context of Arab citizens of Israel (1948 Arabs), according to the variables of: gender, academic qualification, number of training hours, and years of service. The researchers adopted the descriptive-analytical approach. The study population consisted of all Arabic language teachers, totaling (980). The study sample comprised (295) teachers, including (118) males and (163) females, selected using stratified random sampling. The researchers developed a questionnaire as a study instrument, designed to measure the degree to which Arabic language teachers employ e-learning skills from the teachers\u2019 perspectives, and its validity and reliability were verified. The results revealed that the degree of employing e-learning skills by Arabic language teachers in secondary schools among Arab citizens of Israel (1948 Arabs) was high. The findings also indicated that there were no statistically significant differences in the degree of employing e-learning skills attributable to the variables of gender and academic qualification. However, statistically significant differences were found with respect to the number of training hours, in favor of teachers who had received (60) training hours. No statistically significant differences were found in the variable of years of service at the overall level of e-learning skills.
