\u0627\u0644\u0633\u0639\u0648\u062f\u064a\u0629.<\/p><p style='text-align:justify; direction:ltr;'><strong>Abstract: <\/strong> The study aimed to examine the impact of the quality of scientific research in the field of Business Administration on achieving administrative development of human resources in organizations. It sought to measure the availability of scientific research quality standards, represented by credibility, dependability, verifiability, reflexivity, and transferability, and to identify their relationship with the dimensions of administrative development of human resources, namely knowledge enhancement, high efficiency, new roles, creativity and innovation, and leadership development. The study adopted the descriptive analytical approach and used a questionnaire as the main tool for data collection. The study sample consisted of 300 respondents selected through stratified random sampling from faculty members and administrative staff in colleges of Business Administration at public universities in the central region of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The data were analyzed using appropriate statistical methods, including Pearson correlation coefficient and simple linear regression analysis. The results revealed statistically significant positive correlations between the quality standards of administrative scientific research and the dimensions of administrative development of human resources. The findings also showed a significant effect of research quality standards in enhancing administrative development, with transferability emerging as the most influential standard, followed by credibility, reflexivity, dependability, and verifiability. The study concluded that improving the quality of administrative scientific research represents an important approach to supporting administrative development of human resources, enhancing institutional performance, promoting innovation, and developing leadership within organizations.
