leadership in the relationship between organizational behavior management and the quality of educational outcomes in an environment of unregulated internet use among basic and secondary school students, as applied to basic and secondary schools in Murada Municipality. The research problem was represented in the main question: What is the mediating role of administrative leadership in the relationship between organizational behavior management and the quality of educational outcomes in an environment of unregulated internet use among basic and secondary school students? The study employed the descriptive method, the historical method, and the case study approach through a questionnaire and statistical analysis. The study reached several findings, the most important of which are that school administrations confirm that students\u2019 use of the internet during the school day reduces their academic achievement; students have a high motivation to use the internet, while school administrations are unable, through follow-up and evaluation, to control such use within schools; and school administrations are unable to limit students\u2019 internet use despite their conviction that it is harmful to their education.
