Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, in light of the rapid digital transformations that have required organizations to adopt more flexible leadership styles capable of employing technology and data to improve performance and support creativity. The study adopted the descriptive analytical approach and used a field study applied to a random sample of 200 employees working in telecommunications companies in Riyadh, using a questionnaire based on the five-point Likert scale. The study addressed digital leadership through its dimensions related to digital vision, technical knowledge, digital culture, and the use of data in decision-making. It also examined institutional innovation culture as a system of values and practices that encourages the generation of new ideas, experimentation, organizational learning, and the transformation of creative initiatives into practical applications. The results of the statistical analysis revealed a positive and statistically significant correlation between digital leadership and the culture of institutional innovation, with a Pearson correlation coefficient of 0.68 at a significance level of 0.001. The linear regression results also showed that digital leadership explains 46% of the variation in the level of institutional innovation. The study concluded that leaders\u2019 adoption of digital practices, employee empowerment, development of technical skills, and reinforcement of an organizational environment supportive of learning and experimentation are key factors in consolidating a culture of innovation within telecommunications companies.
