the quality and effectiveness of training within public institutions, in light of the rapid digital transformation occurring worldwide. The study adopts a descriptive-analytical approach by reviewing relevant literature and previous studies to analyze how AI technologies can be utilized to improve training processes. The findings indicate that the use of AI applications\u2014such as adaptive learning systems, predictive analytics, and chatbots\u2014significantly contributes to improving training quality by personalizing content according to trainees' needs, enhancing engagement, and providing accurate and immediate assessments. Moreover, AI enhances training effectiveness by improving learning outcomes, increasing job performance efficiency, and reducing the time and cost associated with training programs. On the other hand, the study identifies several challenges that hinder the effective implementation of AI technologies, including weak digital infrastructure, organizational resistance to change, and concerns related to privacy and ethics.
