direction:ltr;'><strong>Abstract: <\/strong> This study aimed to identify the degree of commitment of public school teachers to the ethics of the teaching profession from the perspective of school principals in Tulkarm Governorate, and to examine statistically significant differences in participants\u2019 estimates according to gender, years of service, and educational qualification. The study adopted the descriptive analytical approach and used a questionnaire as the main tool for data collection. The questionnaire consisted of four main domains: teachers\u2019 professional performance, teachers\u2019 relationship with students, teachers\u2019 relationship with the community, and teachers\u2019 relationship with school administration. The study population consisted of all public school principals in Tulkarm Governorate during the academic year 2025\u20132026, totaling 140 male and female principals, while 107 valid responses were analyzed. The results showed that the degree of commitment of public school teachers to the ethics of the teaching profession was moderate, with an overall mean score of 3.13. The domain of teachers\u2019 relationship with students ranked first, followed by teachers\u2019 relationship with principals, then professional performance, while teachers\u2019 relationship with the community ranked last. The results also revealed statistically significant differences attributed to gender in favor of females, whereas no statistically significant differences were found according to years of service or educational qualification.
