direction:ltr;'><strong>Abstract: <\/strong> This study aims to explore the psychological pressures faced by mothers of children with special needs in the Triangle region inside the Green Line, and to understand the impact of these pressures on their daily lives. It also seeks to identify the coping strategies these mothers adopt to adapt to their complex reality. In addition, the study highlights the role of society in shaping these pressures through its beliefs, expectations, norms, and attitudes, which contribute to increasing the psychological burden placed on mothers.\r\nThe study adopted a qualitative approach, which focuses on achieving an in-depth understanding of a specific social phenomenon. A random sample consisting of six mothers of children with special needs from different Arab towns in the Triangle region was selected. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews as the main research tool.\r\nThe findings revealed that the birth of a child with special needs represents a major psychological shock for the mother, accompanied by feelings of anxiety and fear about the future, in addition to accumulated family, social, and financial burdens. The results also showed that mothers develop various coping strategies to confront these challenges.
