style='text-align:justify; direction:ltr;'><strong>Abstract: <\/strong> This study aimed to examine the impact of the role-model teacher\u2019s ethical standards on improving classroom climate and promoting positive behavior among preparatory-stage students in the schools of Western Galilee, Northern District, in the Palestinian interior. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researchers adopted a descriptive correlational approach, as it is appropriate for investigating the relationships among the educational variables under study. The study population consisted of male and female preparatory-stage teachers in the schools of Western Galilee, and the main sample included 223 teachers selected through simple random sampling. To collect the data, the researchers developed three instruments: a Role-Model Teacher Ethics Scale, a Classroom Climate Scale, and a Positive Behavior Development Scale. The instruments demonstrated acceptable levels of validity and reliability.\r\nThe findings revealed that the level of role-model teacher ethics was high. Likewise, both the level of classroom climate and the level of positive behavior development among students were found to be high. The results also indicated a direct and statistically significant effect of the role-model teacher\u2019s ethical standards on both classroom climate and the development of positive student behavior, confirming the importance of the teacher\u2019s ethical role in creating a supportive, safe, and interaction-enhancing classroom environment. In addition, the findings showed no statistically significant differences in the level of teacher ethics attributable to gender, whereas significant differences were found in some dimensions of classroom climate and positive behavior development according to years of experience and academic qualification.\r\nThe study concludes that teacher ethics are not merely a professional dimension, but rather a fundamental pillar in enhancing the quality of classroom interaction, reinforcing positive values, and reducing undesirable student behaviors.
