(HRM) on organizational performance, through a case study of DAL Food Products Company during the period (2020\u20132025). The importance of this study lies in the crucial role that HRM plays in improving organizational efficiency and enhancing competitiveness in an increasingly dynamic and highly competitive business environment. The study addresses the concept of Human Resource Management in terms of its key functions, including recruitment, selection, training and development, performance appraisal, and motivation. It also highlights the importance of human resources as a strategic asset within organizations. Furthermore, the study examines organizational performance as a measure of an organization\u2019s ability to achieve its strategic objectives efficiently and effectively, using indicators such as productivity, quality, employee satisfaction, and profitability. The study adopts a descriptive analytical approach by examining HRM practices within DAL Food Products Company and analyzing their impact on organizational performance during the specified period. The findings reveal a positive and significant relationship between effective HRM practices and improved organizational performance, as training and development programs, motivation systems, and improved working conditions contributed to higher productivity and employee efficiency. The study also found that greater attention to human resources within the company led to improved quality levels and reduced employee turnover, which positively reflected on overall organizational performance.
