the impact of knowledge management integrated with the use of social media platforms on achieving the quality of higher education, with application to the Libyan Academy \u2013 Ajdabiya Branch. The study was based on a central question concerning the extent to which knowledge management processes\u2014namely knowledge diagnosis, knowledge generation, knowledge storage, knowledge distribution, and knowledge application\u2014under the influence of social media platforms affect the quality of higher education. The study adopted the descriptive-analytical approach and used a questionnaire as the main tool for data collection from a sample of affiliates and staff members at the Academy. The collected data were then statistically analyzed to test the study hypotheses. The findings revealed statistically significant relationships between all dimensions of knowledge management and the quality of higher education. The results also showed that social media platforms affect knowledge and research activities to varying degrees: while they sometimes support knowledge exchange and dissemination, they may also lead to time loss and greater reliance on rapid sources at the expense of rigorous academic references.
