analyze the integrative relationship between educational objectives and the professionalization of the teaching profession, while highlighting the role of teacher preparation and continuous qualification in transforming educational objectives from general theoretical statements into classroom practices that are applicable, measurable, and assessable. The study addresses the problem of the gap between the objectives stated in educational documents and plans and actual classroom practice, a gap resulting from weak alignment among learning outcomes, teaching strategies, and assessment methods, in addition to limited sustainable professional development for teachers. The study adopts a descriptive analytical approach based on contemporary educational literature, particularly the revised Bloom\u2019s Taxonomy, the concept of constructive alignment, and standards of teacher preparation and quality assurance. The study concludes that the clarity and measurability of educational objectives represent a fundamental entry point for developing the educational system. However, the achievement of these objectives is closely linked to the teacher\u2019s professional competence, ability to plan, implement appropriate strategies, and design assessment tools aligned with learning outcomes. The study also emphasizes that the professionalization of teaching is not limited to pre-service preparation, but extends to continuous professional development, reflective practice, and commitment to professional ethics.
