Abstract<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
This study aims to identify the international legal personality of countries and international organizations, and to identify the international legal personality of the Vatican and the individual. The researcher used the descriptive analytical method in order to fit the followed approach with the nature of the study title. This study was divided into two sections preceded by an introduction and a conclusion. The first section of study  shows the international legal personality of states and international organizations, and the second section will be devoted to the statement of the international legal personality of the Vatican and the individual . The study concluded that among the persons of international law are states and international organizations appeared later . The legal personality acquires rights and obligations towards other persons within the specific legal system , i.e. Eligibility for obligatory duty from birth . The Vatican is a person of public international law persons  and not a state that was found by Italy ceding some of its territories and buildings to the body of the Catholic Church and it recognized its international personality. The individual is the owner of the first personality in the international community . The basis for the existence of international law is the individual , without him, there are no international interactions governed by legal rules. The researcher recommends that the international legal personality has an international legal authority and have the legal capacity necessary to practice its functions and achieve its purposes . The researcher also recommends that the international legal personality has the ability to enjoy the rights and bear the obligations determined by the international legal system, that is, to be one of the persons addressed by international law .  <\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
