Abstract<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
Through this paper, we aim to reveal the dialectical relationship between the concepts of freedom and justice from a liberal angle as they are included in the propositions of the most prominent figures of contemporary political philosophy, and then highlight which of the two concepts is first to precede the other within Rawls\u2019 theory of justice, and on the other hand we analyze and clarify the nature of the resulting debate. On the problems posed by the relationship between the concepts of freedom and justice for John Rawls on the one hand, and on the other hand, Rawls argued with supporters of the communitarian school, such as “Michael Sandel”, and the libertarian school, such as “Rober Nozick” about the priority of right over good. In general, this paper elaborates on the concept of liberal freedom, the essence and types, and shows its centrality and even priority over the rest of the other values. It even emphasizes the possibility of not giving up on it, no matter what benefits and bounties that may result from it.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
